The event takes place September 23-25 and is designed to help us heal from the far-ranging effects of an emotionally abusive mother. Sign-up details coming next week.

Second: Kate Farrell and I are teaming up for a juicy 90-minute event: The Four Tasks of Psyche: Take the Heroine’s Journey and Move Past Mother-Daughter Trauma. Join us for this conversation discussing the archetypes in the Greek Myth of “Psyche and Eros” and the empowering practices in You Are Not Your Mother: Releasing Generational Trauma and Shame.
Details: Tuesday, September 16th from 4 - 5:30 p.m. Pacific / 7 - 8:30 p.m. Eastern; online via Zoom; cost: $35 Click here to register

Third: Registration for Shame School is now open! Shame School is a 12-week group event for anyone wanting to learn more about the true nature of shame, how and why we internalize it, and how to navigate it and carry is safely so it no longer harms us. We start September 16. Early-bird price is $600. Price goes up to $750 September 9.

My email is always open for questions.

Much, much love,

Karen
